Providing you with a safe space to be yourself

I am proud to be a gender, sexual and relationship diversity practitioner and I aim to create an environment of safety in therapy where you can be yourself. I understand how hard it can be to take this first step to access therapy, particularly if relationships have been difficult in the past. You can feel reassured that I will go at a pace that suits you and ensure that you feel in control and empowered throughout your journey in therapy.

Being non-judgemental is one of my core values. I would never judge a person for who they are, how they choose to live their life or for the things that have happened to them.

I am kink aware, sex positive and strive to support people to live an authentic loving life where they can connect with their sexuality and pleasure without shame.
